• First open your notepad and copy the code given below.
• Dim msg, sapi
  msg=InputBox("Enter your text","Talk it")
  Set sapi=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
  sapi.Speak msg

• Than save the file with any name with the extension of ".vbs", for example "Voice.vbs"
